We're seeking experienced Section Waiters with a strong track record in premium & fine dining to elevate guest experiences and ensure service excellence across our new high-end restaurant called The Steakhouse. Join our new concept located in Castle Hill RSL.

We are proud to launch our brand new fine dining steakhouse restaurant, The Steakhouse as a part of the Catering HQ Group. Providing an experience through our exceptional service and knowledge is the aim to showcase the best of what hospitality has to offer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understanding customer needs and taking the initiative to elevate their dining experience
Provide outstanding food and beverage knowledge and service
Recommend and pair wines to suit the food selection
Seamless service and communication with the team
Take part in training sessions to continually upskill
Ideal candidates will have:
A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests
Thorough understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations include 3 plate carry.
Interest in food, wine, and modern dining culture with good understanding of wine, service and recommendations to guests
2+ years experience working as a Section Waiter within a Michelin, fine dining or premium dining restaurant.
Confidently present menus, dishes, and beverages, leading our guests through their experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Well-presented, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
