We're seeking a dedicated and professional Chef with a strong track record in premium & fine dining to elevate guest experiences and ensure service excellence across our new high-end restaurant called The Steakhouse. Join our new concept located in Castle Hill RSL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Should be able to control and manage daily kitchen functions
• Ability to handle large service numbers
• Strong emphasis on quality and consistency of dishes
• Learn and develop skills in all sections of the kitchen

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2-3 years’ experience working as a Chef within a Michelin, fine dining or premium dining restaurant.
• Understanding of kitchen operations in all sections
• Deep understanding in food and modern dining culture.
• Strong communication and ability to ensure teamwork
• Well-presented, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Commercial Cookery Certificate is highly regarded
